Once this is accomplished, we'll have to clean up and remove all duplicate entries and try to solve other difficulties such as making sure that the spelling of names is standardized. We also have to address the problem of French accents.
Then, we'll have to review all data and make necessary adjustments so we are in line with the demands of the law concerning preservation of confidentiality when accessing personal information. Only then can we say that editing of the publication will truly commence.
Those who do research know how long and demanding such a task can be, especially since our database can be accessed by one person at a time and only in our free time.
